Paddock- Loafing Shed

Private paddocks include a fenced area of approximately 30’ x 40’ with a 30' x 12' shelter or 40’ x40’ fenced with 40’ x 12’ shelter. Shared paddocks hold two to four horses and the fenced area and shelters, respectively. Contracts are on a monthly basis.

• We can feed subject to additional agreement by owner

• Access to 120’ x 240’ arena- Lighted

• Access to 60’ diameter round pen- Lighted

• Access to 20 acres of free range for riding

• Pond access

• Cleaning of Paddocks when requested

Full Care Service- First horse $450 additional horses $375

Self Care Service- First horse $250 additional horses $175

Additional Amenities- Tack Room $64

                      Indoor Arena- 1 horse $100, 2 horses $125, 3 horses $150

Overnight Accommodations: Subject to availability
